Purchased a condominium at 4525 N. Western Avenue from Bryton Development, LLC., G. Kevin Bryar, principle. Bryar touted the "sound-deadening" technology and "luxurious" appointments. In reality, this *** built the building without following the architects plans, leaving out resilient ceiling channels, A KEY ACOUSTICAL COMPONENT. Now, I am treated to the constant, mind-numbing sounds of footsteps, running water, waste disposal, TV, etc. from the upstairs unit!
*** also put in a portable, electric baseboard heater in the lobby because the building ventilation ***! He also built a seperate garage adjacent to my outdoor parking spot, leaving it inaccessible and worthless. Read more:
